FAQ

Trip questions, answered

What skill level do I need?
None. Most guests have never fished from a kayak before their first trip. We cover paddle strokes, boat control, and safety before lines go in the water, and multi-day trips are paced for beginners.
What happens if the weather or water levels turn bad?
Safety comes first. If river flow, storms, or lightning make a trip unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge or move the trip to a lake alternative. Check current conditions any time on our live conditions page.
What should I bring?
Sun protection, quick-dry clothing, a change of clothes, and a valid Oklahoma fishing license. For overnight trips, we'll send a full packing list after booking — sleeping bag and personal camp items are on you, everything else is provided.
Can you accommodate kids or non-anglers?
Yes — kids 8+ are welcome on day trips with a paddling adult, and non-fishing guests can join any trip for an added rate. Let us know group makeup when you request a trip so we can match the right water.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund with 14+ days notice, 50% credit toward a future trip inside 14 days, and full credit any time we cancel for safety or weather.
